It is time to reveal the truth by looking backwards at the facts that have lead up to this posting. As a child it was my favorite escape to rest my back upon the bottom of the swing set slide, looking up at the sky watching the morphing clouds move overhead changing into an amazing variations of shape sand forms.

Creativity is a gift we all have. Our imaginations are magical and restorative.

As a young child, I played in my grandparents back yard. I found a safe place to feel happiness and at peace in the wonderful world of natures elements. Then, the events of the past to horrible to say, that had caused me to forget about imagination and play, that placed me on the path for just survival.

Today, I fully understand what it is to be a survivor and the beauty and happiness to still be alive, is one important element that I put into my photographic creations.

It has taken a lot of courage with an ample amount of determination to become brave enough to uncover what dwelled with the corners of my childhood experiences. More importantly, to lean how to unlock the pathway to remember that, I am an Artist.

Photography has been the first key to unlocking the doorway into my deepest feelings, emotions and memories and it has been my best tool for self exploration into the healing world of expressive art therapy. But, today, I can proudly share that, I have a voice, because, I an finally write this creation story.
